Forward Air appoints Eric Brandt as Chief Commercial Officer to lead strategic growth and business development.
Forward Air Corporation, NASDAQ: FWRD, today announced the appointment of Eric Brandt as its Chief Commercial Officer effective immediately. Reporting to the Company's President, Brandt will lead the Company's strategic growth initiatives and manage business development for the company's advancement of its long-term goals.
Forward hires Brandt in from experience amassed from an able leadership of making profitable growth work for logistics enterprises. His roles include various management positions he's held across multiple major companies that have been agility, panalpina and Kraft foods along with CEVA Logistics most lately as its EVP of business development where he participated in designing CEVA's Commercial Strategy while he led business developments in growing a commercial success across all these engagements.
As CCO, Brandt will lead the commercial strategy for Forward Air, accelerate its sustainable, long-term growth mission, and enhance its market position. His deep expertise in strategic leadership and large-scale transformation initiatives is expected to play a pivotal role in advancing Forward's objectives in the logistics industry.
