Greenway Health appoints Paul Ford as CISO to strengthen cybersecurity and ensure compliance with industry standards.
Greenway Health, a nationwide provider of health information technology services, has announced the appointment of Paul Ford as Chief Information Security Officer (CISO). Mr. Ford has more than 16 years of information security experience; this will be his first individual leadership role while serving at Greenway Health, further demonstrating the company's devotion to premier cybersecurity.
Inovalon Inc. Ford was the most recent Director of Information Security there, where he led high-performing teams delivering seamless cybersecurity and IT services. He has a strong skill set covering cybersecurity operations, security architecture, security engineering, application security, and governance and compliance. Ford also had experience as the Manager of Information Technology for Credible Behavioral Health, where he managed the IT department and carried out key security programs. Before these roles, he worked on security operations at the US Naval Academy, where he led enterprise-scale projects.

Ford's appointment is part of Greenway Health's broader investment in its leadership and infrastructure to support the growth of the company. Ford is charged with leading Greenway's enterprise-wide comprehensive information security program to ensure the protection of electronic protected Health Information (ePHI) and other proprietary assets. Ford also will ensure that Greenway remains compliant with regulatory frameworks including HIPAA, HITRUST and NIST, ensuring the company maintains the highest in the industry standards related to data protection.
