In a groundbreaking move for space defense, Sierra Space has been selected to join the US Space Systems Command’s Space Domain Awareness (SDA) Tools Applications and Processing (TAP) Lab Apollo Accelerator Cohort 4. Renowned for its commitment to "Building a Platform in Space to Benefit Life on Earth®," Sierra Space will be focusing on integrating Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) to detect potential threats to friendly satellites orbiting Earth.

As part of Cohort 4, Sierra Space will partner with other trailblazing companies to tackle pressing challenges in space defense.
