Hypori secures $12 million in Series B extension to drive zero-trust BYOD adoption and mobile security growth.

Hypori announced the successful closure of a Series B extension funding round of $12 million in total, now bringing its cumulative Series B investments to $35 million. With investments from the likes of UBS AG and Carahsoft Technology Group Corp., as well as AE Industrial Partners, the company is said to be gaining momentum in enabling the adoption of zero-trust Bring Your Own Device (BYOD) through its secure mobile access technology. This marks a year of excellent growth, and Hypori has successfully positioned itself as a strong vendor in mobile security.

Through its platform, Hypori ensures that organizations can provide their users with secure, virtual access to enterprise apps and data from any mobile device while ensuring complete personal privacy. As businesses become more and more entrenched in the use of BYOD policies, Hypori technology can be seen as a solution for eliminating these risks associated with mobile access, such as data breaches, malware, and compliance issues. Hypori allows employees to access sensitive data securely, without storage on personal devices, therefore ensuring that no matter what happens to a device, data remains protected.

Using this financing, Hypori will move to penetrate major industries such as defense, healthcare, financial services, and government. The company has already seen substantial success with several achievements: its $4.1 million U.S. Air Force and Space Force contract as well as the $12 million renewal from the U.S. Army. The company also attained the "In Process" Federal Risk and Authorization Management Program (FedRAMP®) status, thereby improving its reliability within highly regulated environments.

According to Jared Shepard, CEO of Hypori, it is the strategic partnerships with the industry leaders, such as UBS and AE Industrial, which will help scale the impact in different sectors. As organizations will be prioritizing mobile security and privacy, Hypori is going to lead in secure BYOD adoption, which makes 2025 a defining year for the company.
