CHS sees rising demand, a $20M pipeline, and invests in AI, CRM, and teams to support growth and improve customer relationships.
The Comprehensive Healthcare Systems Inc. has released a business update indicating strong growth trends for their business solutions division and ongoing business activity across the United States This company provides health benefits administration solutions and has seen tremendous demand for its products while also seeing an increasing level of interest from customers in both the U.S. and Canada with regard to utilizing CHS’ products to support their business objectives. The current sales pipeline exceeds $20 million with potential deals coming from labor unions, Third Party Administrator, and Self Insured Employers.
According to CHS, the sales pipeline consists of proposals that have already been submitted to potential new customers along with active discussions regarding sales opportunities with new customers and, as a result, CHS has an overall historical success rate of 25%-30% for its sales pipeline. However, one positive sign is that the large number of sales opportunities are indicative of how more companies are beginning to use the Novus 360 product, highlighting digital transformation in employee benefits management.
CHS is also making internal adjustments to support this continued growth by adding to the internal employee base in the sales and marketing segments as well as the addition of a new Head of Customer Experience. In order to provide customer service and provide a mechanism for retaining lasting relationships with customers. Additionally, a newly implemented customer relationship management system built on HubSpot is another significant step for CHS and includes AI-capable functions, supporting AI-powered CRM for healthcare benefits administration. This is expected to simplify the sales process and create better access to sales pipelines through improved tracking of opportunities and increasing overall efficiency.
According to Business Honor, CHS’s increasing sales pipeline and technology investment are indicators of the increasing demand for SaaS-based healthcare solutions. However, the long-term success of this strategy will be dependent upon their ability to convert potential sales opportunities into sustainable revenue growth in an increasingly competitive marketplace.
