Rathbones is expanding Salesforce use to simplify operations, improve client experience, and build a future-ready, data-based wealth management platform.
Rathbones Group expanded its relationship with Salesforce to improve internal processes and general customer experience. This shows Rathbones' dedication to improving efficiency and digital transformation in wealth management. Salesforce will function as a customer relationship management (CRM) and client lifecycle management platform under the larger partnership. As a result, the processes will be combined into a single, flexible, and integrated technological environment. Rathbones hopes to increase data visibility, reduce duplication, and simplify employee workflows. Also providing a more uniform customer experience by combining its platforms.
A major component of Rathbones' ongoing investment in its financial planning tool, Xplan, is the Salesforce deployment. Together, Salesforce and Xplan will give advisors complete client information, allowing improved decision-making and more individualized advice. Processes currently handled by InvestCloud will be replaced by the new platform, which is expected to simplify operations and reduce the administrative load on teams. Chief operating officer Mike Turner and chief technology officer Brad Novak, who both just joined Rathbones to support innovation and technological modernization, are leading the transformation program. Rathbones Group's CEO, Jonathan Sorrell, stated that in order to achieve its goal of being the preferred wealth manager, “the company focuses on removing any lingering post-integration inefficiencies and integrating technology systems.”
Rathbones expects that investment managers and financial advisors will spend more time developing relationships with clients and potential clients and less time maintaining systems by using Salesforce CRM for wealth management. The flexibility of the platform additionally meets changing client expectations and legal demands. In the future, Rathbones' financial services technology strategy will be strengthened by this increased Salesforce cooperation. As automation, artificial intelligence-based insights, and digital client interaction tools play an increasing role in wealth management technology modernisation, Rathbones is positioning itself for a more connected, data-based, and future-ready operating model.
