Citrix launched Citrix Aidrien, a new AI Operations Assistant, to aid businesses to secure their workspaces and operations. The AI Operations Agent aims to aid organizations in eliminating accidental burdens on IT teams who must work through repetitive mundane quests that are consuming time and money, preventing them from executing on priority strategic initiatives.
