The Partnership combines Groq’s speedy performance with ThoughtWorks’ AI expertise to deliver cost-efficient, QA systems for Australian enterprises.
Thoughtworks, a global technology consultancy that combines design, engineering, and AI for digital innovation, announced a partnership with Groq, whose LPU is designed for fast and low-cost inference. This collaboration will change the way organizations design, build, and scale intelligent systems that provide per formant solutions without compromises. For Australian enterprises, scaling AI systems means facing the ultimate value proposition of performance and economics at scale. Groq's deterministic architecture helps accelerate AI workloads, especially for cutting-edge applications and large language models, to provide instant, predictable responses at scale. ThoughtWorks brings the necessary expertise to design, evaluate, and scale trustworthy AI systems. With this partnership, they will establish a new standard for real-time performance, performance without compromise that is practical and cost-effective.
"Organizations can create a competitive advantage in a situation where they don't have to choose between better AI performance, user experience or budgets," said Andy Nolan, Global VP, and AI at Thoughtworks. "Our partnership with Groq progresses the conversation on what we should be utilizing this technology for and instead concentrates on what's next. This partnership takes into account their remarkable speed and our significant experience in the design, engineering and application of AI to gain best performance, cost efficient and sovereign AI solutions for Australian businesses."
"Every enterprise wants AI that works but compute is limited," said Jonathan Ross, Founder and CEO of Groq. "Our partnership with Thoughtworks enables us to have Groq's performance in production." Thoughtworks created a proof of concept (POC) for real time speech to text on Groq's LPU several an example use case of inference speed, cost and accuracy that simulated a 'complex, high-volume call center.' All training and performance evaluation was made possible by Collinear AI, an Australian technology company that specializes in curated, high quality, data for both model training and evaluations, who provided thousands of example customer conversations for the model training use.
