Ebert comes with an impressive history of entrepreneurial expansion and strategic channel building. Before joining Verdesian, he worked as the Chief Commercial Officer at Carnivore Meat Company, where he expanded the firm's market presence successfully, achieved profitable top line expansion, and expanded the business globally under private equity ownership. Ebert spearheaded initiatives in branded retail, e-commerce, direct-to-consumer, private label, and international channels at Carnivore, along with bolstering organizational culture and capabilities.

Prior to his stint at Carnivore, Ebert had worked for over a decade at industry behemoths PepsiCo and Sysco, where he served in senior positions across sales, strategy, and general management. He established long-term relationships with key international retailers, distributors, and foodservice operators, providing advanced growth initiatives as well as operational superiority within both mature and emerging market divisions.
