Prior to joining Lakeside, Shafransky served as Senior Vice President of Research & Development at Kaseya, where he managed global teams in creating an array of IT solutions. His experience ranges from data backup systems to IT documentation tools and AI-based automation solutions. This broad experience in SaaS technology and enterprise engineering makes him an asset to Lakeside's leadership team.

In his new position, Shafransky will oversee Lakeside's technology and product engineering organizations, with a concentration on AI-based innovation, platform availability, and user experience refinement of their highly acclaimed SysTrack platform. SysTrack is an innovative AI-driven digital employee experience (DEX) platform that Fortune 500 companies rely on to enhance IT efficiency, reduce costs, and prevent system crashes. This hire is part of an overall plan to strengthen Lakeside's international engineering expertise, and specifically the Poland office. Shafransky's abilities will facilitate cooperation between teams within the U.S. and Poland, enabling the company to continue pushing innovations that address the needs of organizations globally.
