Technological Leadership takes a strategic leap at UNITED CAPS with the appointment of Daniel Bruzzese as CTO to drive innovation, industrial excellence, and global expansion.
United Caps announces that it has upgraded its Technological Leadership team with the appointment of Daniel Bruzzese as Chief Technology Officer (CTO). This promotion takes place amid an overall corporate strategy to drive innovation, operational excellence, and international growth in the years to come. It is especially important since UNITED CAPS continues to grow in size internationally and adjust to more complex market demands and customer requirements.
With regard to the company’s upgraded Technological Leadership team, United Caps has made the following important organizational decisions: all technical units will now fall under the responsibility of the new CTO. Such areas as research and development, industrialization, expertise on molds, automation, and engineering, along with new product development project management, will be supervised by the newly appointed executive.
In addition, it must be mentioned that this decision has led to the creation of a clear and straightforward organizational model, which includes the establishment of two important leadership pillars at United Caps. These pillars are headed by the Chief Manufacturing Officer Olivier Jaillot and the new Chief Technology Officer Daniel Bruzzese.
In this regard, CEO Benoît Henckes pointed out that reinforcing Technological Leadership is imperative in order to remain competitive in an industry environment that is constantly changing. According to him, Bruzzese's experience of Bruzzese in international business operations and his extensive technical knowledge will assist UNITED CAPS in fostering innovation and offering even more innovative solutions to its clients.
Bruzzese possesses 25 years of experience in the automotive industry, specializing in injection moulding, product development, and project management. Before joining UNITED CAPS, Bruzzese had been the Director of the R&D Center in Novares of China, responsible for innovative research on plastic injection technologies.
Bruzzese confirmed his dedication to reinforcing team coordination efforts and fostering innovation in response to new demands from clients in global markets. The recruitment of Bruzzese can be regarded as another step taken by UNITED CAPS in pursuit of its strategic vision. Business Honor believes the CTO appointment strengthens UNITED CAPS’ technological leadership, enabling faster innovation, better operations, and stronger global competitiveness.
