Sam Collier is promoted to CRO at FNRP, leading leasing operations, improving revenue, and strengthening national retailer partnerships.
Sam Collier is promoted as the new Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) of First National Realty Partners (FNRP), an established private equity real estate business. Collier will manage rental services and significant financial activities for FNRP's worldwide network of necessity-based retail facilities in the current position.
Collier will focus on increasing the number of transactions, improving tenant mix, and developing relationships with local and national retailers in this new role as CRO. With the goal to improve property performance and create lasting value for the business's financiers, Collier also collaborates closely with the procedures, managing assets, and acquisitions teams.
Collier helped in growing FNRP's leasing platform and simplifying contract management across markets in his previous position as Executive Vice President of Leasing and National Accounts. Collier is a licensed accountant with two degrees from Lipscomb University in accounting and finance/economics and is a leading member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).
