DuploCloud has launched its AI Suite under the newly released AI Agents and Tools category in the AWS Marketplace, offering a powerful set of tools that aim to automate DevOps processes and accelerate cloud operations for businesses. The suite, which is customized for DevOps teams, is designed to reduce manual effort, streamline deployment, and simplify cloud administration through AI-driven automation.
The central part of DuploCloud's offering is the Agentic Help Desk for DevOps, which interfaces with large language models (LLMs) to interpret user instructions into actions that can be taken. The product not only automates but also offers human oversight in the form of approval workflows so that teams operating mission-critical infrastructure can work together effectively. The technology is AI-based and is meant to simplify the intricacy of old Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) workloads so that DevOps professionals can focus on more strategic parts of software development.
Together with the Help Desk, the suite comprises the AI Studio, which facilitates the development and deployment of AI agents into containerized Kubernetes environments.
