AXS implemented SAP’s ERP to streamline operations, allowing fast growth, automation, and expansion across regional and B2B markets.

Growth with the SAP enterprise resource planning (ERP) platform has been used by Singapore's payment provider AXS with the goal of improving its major operations and getting ready for expanding beyond its domestic market. For AXS's goals for local and business-to-business (B2B) growth, the move provides a strong digital foundation.

The collaboration that was announced during the SAP Now AI Tour Southeast Asia offers AXS exposure to a controlled, cloud-based ERP solution that improves managing assets, sales, purchasing, and finances. It takes the place of outdated processes that helped in the early growth of the business. Group CEO and co-founder of AXS, Jeffrey Goh, stated, "We recognized the need for advancement as we prepare for growth beyond Singapore." "We can improve efficiency, expand faster, and promote innovation by expanding with SAP."

Grow with SAP, that launched in 2023, is targeted at growing companies needing fast digital transformation using standard processes and prepared technologies. Within three months, AXS and SAP partner Nirvasoft developed the platform, providing an easy transition by operating both systems together. AXS team now has ongoing insight into processes as they operate from a single point of truth due to the new ERP. Without the usual wait for the end of the month reports, this has lowered manual work, improved budget and purchase approvals, and improved financial tracking.

In addition, the business is getting prepared for compliance reporting and Singapore's InvoiceNow e-invoicing system into its ERP. Using SAP's Business AI offerings to automate operations, reduce labor, and improve predictions is part of their goal. According to the general director of SAP Singapore, Eileen Chua, "AXS is an excellent example of a business that is using cloud and AI to remain successful." By creating intelligent, flexible solutions based on automated and insightful information, AXS intends to grow into an industry leader in digital payments.
