Feefo appoints Elliott Clayton as CRO to drive global growth and innovation through data-driven customer insights.
Elliott Clayton has been named the new Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) of Feefo, a platform that verifies customer reviews. Clayton joined Feefo from Epsilon, an international marketing firm, where he led international sales and contributed significantly to growth following the company's $4.4 billion acquisition by Publicis.
As part of his new position, Elliott Clayton will lead Feefo's global expansion with a focus on growing the company's presence in digital media and loyalty markets. Utilizing his long history of using first-party (1p) purchase data to fuel client acquisition, Clayton brings significant experience that is very much in line with Feefo's focus on high-quality, compliant use of data.
My career has been characterized by leading work with innovative technologies using 1p purchase data to inform client growth against the threat of big walled gardens," noted Clayton. He stressed data compliance and was excited to join Feefo, a firm committed to enabling clients to construct authentic business success based on real, purchaser-validated feedback."
Clayton's appointment forms part of Feefo's overall growth and innovation acceleration strategy.
