Synology reveals enterprise storage, backup and private cloud tools for smarter data management.
Synology exhibited an extensive selection of products at COMPUTEX 2025 that further solidify the company's dedication to safe effective database and data management in both personal and business settings.
Synology's new enterprise-grade, NVMe-based, all-flash storage solution, PAS7700, is the star of the show. For database-driven settings running mission-critical applications, the PAS7700's active-active dual-controller design guarantees seamless failover and zero service interruption. The PAS7700 offers outstanding database throughput and real-time transaction processing with its integrated 3-2-1-1 backup architecture, which also improves data redundancy while delivering up to 2 million IOPS and sub-millisecond latency.
Complementing this is the DP7200 appliance from the ActiveProtect lineup. Large-scale database systems can benefit from dependable backup and disaster recovery thanks to its design, which unifies corporate data protection. The appliance is resistant to ransomware, which is a major worry for contemporary database managers because of its support for immutability and network isolation. C2 Surveillance is a cloud-based video management system that Synology introduced for enterprises implementing dispersed or cloud-first technology.
Despite being aimed at surveillance, its role-based access restrictions and centralized cloud management represent best practices for safe multi-site operations and database user management. ChatPlus and Synology Meet have expanded into productivity by utilizing Synology's private cloud infrastructure. These solutions provide complete control over communication data, strengthening data sovereignty which is essential for businesses that handle regulated or sensitive datasets.
Lastly, the BeeStation Plus personal cloud applies enterprise-grade data management concepts to personal data environments by providing remote cloud backups and snapshot-based recovery through BeeProtect. The fact that Synology is attending COMPUTEX 2025 shows how it has changed from being a NAS vendor to a complete data management platform. Synology is changing the way that consumers and businesses handle structured and unstructured data at scale by combining cloud services, secure access controls, robust backup and strong performance storage.
