Pudu Robotics launches the CC1 Pro, an AI-driven autonomous cleaning robot designed for large commercial facilities.
Pudu Robotics has unveiled its new generation in cleaning technology, the CC1 Pro, aimed at catering to the requirements of large-scale commercial buildings like shopping malls, hospitals, airports, and industrial warehouses. Following the success of the initial CC1 model, the new machine is equipped with new AI functions and improves its cleaning feature to offer a complete facility management solution for the digital era.
The CC1 Pro integrates four basic cleaning operations—sweeping, scrubbing, vacuuming, and dust-mopping—into one powerful device. Equipped with onboard AI, it can adjust its operations in real-time, providing maximum cleaning performance on various surfaces as well as varying degrees of grime. The robot is capable of navigating up to 5,000 to 8,000 square meters per clean cycle, making it efficient for large facilities.
One of the most impressive aspects of the CC1 Pro is its in-real-time cleanliness detection. It comes with a rear-facing AI camera, which observes floor conditions in the course of cleaning. It automatically finds missed areas and re-cleans them, while visual heat maps give in-real-time feedback on areas to be paid special attention to. All this guarantees high cleaning standards with minimal intervention by humans.
The CC1 Pro also has adaptive cleaning methods, changing its power usage and methods based on surface and dirt level. For example, it can scrub heavy in high-traffic areas and lightly clean in low-traffic areas. Spot cleaning allows it to respond rapidly to isolated-stain spills or dirt between routine cleaning cycles.
Navigation-wise, the robot employs a mix of Visual SLAM as well as LiDAR technology, enabling it to navigate freely within complicated environments without the necessity to use ceiling markers. The advanced system also helps the robot detect and navigate through both static and dynamic obstacles.
The CC1 Pro is built to endure and remain easy to care for, featuring self-cleaning roller brushes, highly resilient filters, and a robust brush chamber that can handle a variety of surfaces.
