AI agents are introduced by Infosys and Google Cloud improving automation, security, and decision-making.
More than 200 new corporate AI agents have been released by Infosys with the help of Google Cloud's Vertex AI and its Topaz AI platform. These smart agents are designed to help businesses improve operations by using advanced artificial intelligence presented on the cloud.
Built on Google Cloud’s powerful Vertex AI platform, these agents are prepared to make decisions on their own track performance and understand different types of data. They can work with both structured and unstructured information such as emails images or documents and turn it into useful insights. Since they operate in the cloud they can scale easily and run securely across different industries.
The AI agents help a variety of industries, including manufacturing, telecommunications, healthcare, banking, retail and agriculture. By performing tasks that typically require physical labor they are intended to minimize human effort. As a result businesses may function more efficiently and with fewer errors. Security is the top priority. These AI bots use strong data security rules and encoded communication to safeguard important enterprise data. Their autonomy allows them to improve operations and handle complex task without constant human involvement.
This achievement is an important step toward facilitating more partnership between humans and AI in the workplace, according to Balakrishna D. R. Executive Vice President of Infosys. He claims that the partnership with Google Cloud makes it possible to provide businesses with stable high-performing AI solutions.
Victor Morales from Google Cloud added that Infosys’ cloud-based AI agents help companies save money, make better decisions, and handle large-scale operations smoothly. This launch shows Infosys’ commitment to helping businesses use AI in practical and scalable ways—using the cloud to power smarter operations.
