He stated that a major factor in his choice was the firm's significant presence in Bristol, where it has quickly expanded to rank among the biggest offices outside of the Big Four. He also stated that Bishop Fleming's stellar reputation and supportive work environment were key draws.

In order to handle this quick growth, Bishop Fleming is also enlarging its Bristol office space, adding a level to its prominent position. The company's longstanding devotion to the city is established by this investment, which also gives its expanding staff a vibrant, cooperative office.
