Lighthouse PropTech Raises $2.5 Million to Revolutionize Luxury Real Estate in India

AI-powered platform to transform high-end real estate transactions for HNIs and UHNIs.

Lighthouse PropTech, a future-facing PropTech firm dealing in high-end real estate, has raised $2.5 million in its latest funding round.  Turbostart initiated the round with a $1 million investment and the Dabur Family Office and other family offices of HNIs also participated with meaningful investments.  With this round of investment, the valuation of the company has grown to $13.5 million, which is a key milestone in its growth.

The funds will be invested in expanding Lighthouse PropTech's technology-driven platform, which seeks to streamline luxury real estate transactions in India. Luxury Listings, a select platform featuring hand-curated, high-end properties, and Luxury Exclusives, which crafts personalized experiences and exclusive real estate opportunities for buyers, are the two primary offerings of the company.

Founded in 2019 by Sumesh Mishra, Lighthouse PropTech intends to offer high-net-worth individuals (HNIs) and ultra-high-net-worth individuals (UHNIs) with a seamless, AI-driven real estate investing experience.  The company is creating a sophisticated digital platform to enable the growing Indian luxury real estate industry to complete transactions easier and more efficiently.

The demand for technology-based solutions to handle high-end property portfolios has never been greater, given India's luxury real estate segment is projected to hit $100 billion by 2030 and grow at a compound annual growth rate (CAGR) of 21.81%.  With its innovative solutions that enhance investment strategy and portfolio management for high net worth individuals, Lighthouse PropTech's innovative strategy is poised to capitalize on the trend.

More than 50 startups across multiple industries have benefited significantly from the proliferation of Turbostart, a global early-stage venture capital company with a diversified portfolio in Singapore, the US, the Middle East, and India.
