Little Words Project adopts Oracle NetSuite to improve visibility, streamline operations, and support tenfold growth.
A jewelry firm called Little Words Project, based on the US is at the turning point on its growth path looking for Oracle NetSuite to assist in building its retail business. Founded in 2013, the firm is famous for its standard word bracelets, which are sold at Target, Nordstrom, Urban Outfitters, and over a dozen other places. The company's combined business system, Oracle NetSuite, said that the "Little Words Project has improved visibility into the business, reduced inventory, and scaled operations efficiently to support 10 times business growth."
As the jewelry company grew, it needed to move beyond its initial business practices that had been effective at first. Bill Carrig, president of Little Words Project, explained that NetSuite provided "a single source of truth across the entire business," offering actual access to data on operations, inventory and finances. He stated that it helped the company gain insights to guide future growth decisions and quickly expand the Little Words Project community. Little Words Project was able to scale its operations in the middle of rapid growth, largely due to its partnership with Oracle NetSuite.
In order to support its ongoing product expansion, continue growing its retail, e-commerce, and wholesale activities, and reduce its reliance on manual processes, Little Words Project saw the need to upgrade its split business systems. These outdated techniques were slowing down policymaking, creating inefficiencies, and limiting company visibility. Following a complete assessment, Little Words Project decided to use Oracle's NetSuite as its new enterprise resource planning solution after the announcement of NetSuite.
