Acquisition enhances digital workplace solutions and AV integration capabilities across North America.
Ricoh has recently acquired Presentation Products Inc. (PPI), which is a prominent New York-based audiovisual integrator. PPI has been known for its exceptional skills in managed services. With this move, Ricoh has strengthened its digital services arm in North America. The company thus continues to execute its vision of building intelligent workplaces.
Established in 1994, PPI expands with a 100-strong team of specialists proficient in the areas of AV, engineering, design, and technology integration. Serving large-scale corporate customers from the finance, legal, media, and other high-end industries, the company is now a better fit with Ricoh offering enhanced the workplace experience, integrate AV and IT, collaboration tools, and managed services.

The company has acquired similar companies worldwide, such as Cenero in the United States, DataVision, Pure AV, AVC in EMEA, Videocorp, and Go2neXt in Latin America, thus widening its reach in the managed services/AV integration market.
This acquisition is an important step in Ricoh's long-term plan to make significant investments in high-growth digital services that provide assistance to global organizations in transforming their workplaces.
