Truvio Launches Unified Platform to Enhance Microsoft Dynamics 365 Solutions

New brand integrates finance, operations, and commerce to deliver scalable outcomes for organizations using Dynamics 365.

Truvio has recently launched its rebranded unified platform that enhances value for organizations utilizing Microsoft Dynamics 365. Previously known as SignUp Software, this name change also reflects a broader evolution of the company’s overall strategy and product portfolio. The products and brands previously branded under these brands, as well as others, have now been consolidated into one complete offering specifically built on Microsoft Dynamics 365.

Truvio was developed to help all ERP users overcome a common problem when using ERP systems although Dynamics 365 is a secure system, many users do not achieve their desired result from it, often because they have added fragmented systems throughout their ERP solution (manually created additional systems) or because they have inefficient or disconnected processes. Truvio will help to close this gap by leveraging subject matter experts, providing intelligent automation, and utilizing governed processes directly in the ERP application.

“ERP transformation doesn’t end at go-live,” said Joakim Alm, CEO of Truvio. He emphasized, “Truvio was created to help organizations move beyond implementation to deliver real, scalable outcomes. By unifying finance, operations, and commerce inside Dynamics, we simplify complexity, strengthen control, and enable better decisions at scale.”

The Truvio portfolio offers critical enterprise applications for automating finance operations, executing projects, conducting digital commerce, and establishing "Governance" policies through native Microsoft products. This will help to minimize the risk involved with implementing enterprise applications, and help both Truvio's customers and partners realize their value more quickly than before.

Truvio also represents a transformational shift in strategy not as a change of ownership or change of operation for Truvio. The company will exist as the same legal entity under its current name, will retain its current workforce, products and established customer and partner relationships.
