Gävle Municipality Improves Efficiency with Innofactor Dynasty Document Management System

Gävle Municipality selects Innofactor Dynasty to streamline document management, enhance workflows, and increase transparency.

For its roughly 1,000 clients in the public and commercial sectors, Innofactor is the primary force behind the Nordic countries' modern digital organization.

Sweden's east central region is home to the municipality of Gävle. Geographically, the municipality is the southernmost of the historic Norrland and is located north of the mouth of the Dalälven River. In 1971, the City of Gävle merged with four other rural municipalities to form the current municipality.

The Gävle Municipality is making significant progress in streamlining and improving the efficiency of document and case management.  The municipality selected Innofactor Dynasty after a thorough procurement procedure, obtaining a system that is not only user-friendly but also makes daily life easier for both staff and residents.

Case administration will be streamlined by the new system, which will improve meeting management, document storage, and the initiation of new cases.  A stable and dependable administration is facilitated by the establishment of distinct positions and duties.  Experts from Innofactor will also be on hand to offer competent assistance and service with an emphasis on excellence.

Innofactor's Configuration Manager for the project, Gabriel Klingofström, identified the company's extensive expertise in providing technology, services, training, and consulting to the public sector and expressed joy about starting with the setup and arrangement of the case and document management system for Gävle Municipality.

Innofactor was selected to provide a document and case management system following a competitive procurement process that included eight applications and four proposals.
