Bengaluru firm rewards top officials while promoting sustainable mobility and electric vehicles.
In a unique instance of recognizing employees and the concept of sustainable mobility, the Bengaluru-based company, Mourya Concepts, has handed over six of its top officials new Mahindra BE.06 electric cars, priced at ₹25 lakh each. The gift, pegged at ₹1.5 crores, clearly depicts the company's interest in the best and in embracing electric vehicles in the corporate sector.
Mourya Concepts, which is one of the leading real estate valuation and high-value assessment service-providing companies, caters its specialized services to banks, non-bank financial institutions, housing finance institutions, judicial courts, and income tax departments. Mourya Concepts is well known for its high-end asset valuation jobs, including shopping malls, luxury hotels, resorts, and clubs.
Mourya Concepts is expanding swiftly, and it currently operates through 45 branches in India and also has an international setup through KRA Global Real Estate Valuers located in Dubai. Currently, it has a staff base of more than 330 members and aims to increase its operations to 100 domestic branches and 100 international centers within the next five years.
Director Mr. Venugopal K V, speaking on the occasion, said that the project was motivated by the leadership vision of Shri Ratan Tata, and he stressed that the reason for choosing electric cars was to keep up with innovation and environmental sustainability.
The six individuals who received the award include Chief Executive Officer Rohit Vaidya and Vice Presidents Santosh Patil, Tameezulla Khan, Pramod Belgaonkar, Yogesh Naik, and Akash Tambi, who manage different zones and have remained with the organization for more than five years. This makes Mourya Concepts one of the forward-thinking Indian companies that have taken the trend of electric vehicles forward along with employee appreciation.
