A massive investment of $700 million in Saviynt's Series B equity financing means that they can grow, grow quicker and develop more products that allow companies to manage Digital Identity as the basis for deploying AI systems on a larger scale. The latest funding will also see Saviynt's valuation rise to $3 Billion. KKR led the way in this round of funding, including participation from other previous investors, new investors, and third parties. Saviynt uses AI technology to secure and manage Digital Identities for humans, non-humans and Artificial Intelligence agents. According to Saviynt, their technology integrates Identity Management and Governance [TM], Privileged Access Management [TM], Application Access Governance (AAG) and Identity Security Posture Management [TM] with all types of access gateways for all types of Digital Identities.
The announcement goes on to state that this simplifies compliance; reduces risk; and improves overall efficiencies for customers. “This is a defining moment for Saviynt and the industry,” says Sachin Nayyar, CEO and founder of Saviynt. “With the demand for secure, governed identities at its highest level ever, this investment gives us the capacity to address this need head-on.
