Paolo Inga is going to lead Agoda’s global people strategy, talent transformation and leadership development from Bangkok.
Agoda has appointed Paolo Inga as its new Chief Organisation & People Officer (CHRO) to oversee the company’s global approach to talent, culture and organizational development. Inga will concentrate on improving Agoda's people practices as the digital travel company continues to expand its widespread reach around the world. Inga will drive Agoda's organizational design, leadership development and talent transformation efforts to ensure the company's human capital is aligned with its strategic direction in its next growth phase in digital travel services. Inga will be leading the company based in Bangkok.
With more than 20 years of international human resources experience, Inga is currently living in Lisbon, Portugal. Her varied career supporting global organizations prior to joining Agoda has included her role as Global HR Director at YOOX NET-A-PORTER GROUP overseeing all HR activities in Europe and Asia. In her role at YOOX NET-A-PORTER GROUP, Inga was responsible for people integration after mergers, the development of learning and development programs and transforming HR processes through digitalization in the fashion and luxury sectors. Before YOOX NET-A-PORTER GROUP, Inga spent over ten years at Vodafone in a variety of senior HR positions in multiple global locations.
At Vodafone, Inga played an active role in facilitating organization change, enhancing digital processes and enhancing people capability across several businesses. He has been credited with bringing people and organisational strategy together to deliver global organisational culture and performance improvement outcomes. Inga's appointment at Agoda comes at an exciting time as the organization is also building leadership capability and capacity for continued growth and innovation in digital travel services delivery globally.
