Heated grips, TFT screen, tubeless wheels — new TRK models get adventure-ready.
The 2025 versions of Benelli's best-selling adventure motorcycles, the TRK 502 and TRK 502X, were introduced in India. The updated bikes have been priced Rs. 35,000 higher than the previous ones. The price of the TRK 502 now stands at Rs. 6.20 lakh, whereas that of the TRK 502X is Rs. 6.70 lakh. An additional yellow shade for the X variant is available for Rs. 6.85 lakh (all prices are ex-showroom).
The 2025 variants are equipped with new updates to enhance their touring capabilities. Heated grips and heated seats have been included by Benelli, something that is not commonly seen in this category. Both motorcycles now feature a five-inch TFT screen instead of the previous LCD console. The new screen has Bluetooth and turn-by-turn navigation capabilities, increasing convenience while riding.
Benelli has also updated the switchgear and swingarm. The new swingarm should make the bike handle better and feel lighter. Using tubeless cross-spoke wheels, which are easier to fix than traditional tubed wheels, is another noteworthy modification for the TRK 502X.
Mechanically, the bikes remain the same. They are driven by a 500cc, liquid-cooled, parallel-twin engine producing 46.9 bhp and 46 Nm of torque, mated to a six-speed transmission. The suspension arrangement features upside-down forks up front and a monoshock unit at the back. In addition to dual-channel ABS, the vehicle's braking duties are handled by two front discs and one rear disc.
The X model has a 19-inch front and 17-inch rear wheel combo, while the TRK 502 has 17-inch alloy wheels. Both models still come with a generous 20-liter fuel tank, ideal for touring long distances.
