RTC and Mondial partner to deliver an integrated global financial reporting and tax compliance solution.
RTC, the provider of the RTC Suite, an integrated cloud platform for automating global tax compliance reports and documents, has entered into a partnership with Mondial, a global innovator in multi-ERP, multi-GAAP financial reporting, to provide a full solution to companies across the globe. The partnership unifies RTC's compliance capability with Mondial's multi-ERP financial reporting solution to provide customers with a single, end-to-end solution to fulfill global reporting and regulatory requirements.
The combined offering brings together multi-ERP financial reporting and automated tax compliance so that businesses can establish one source of truth for both internal decision support and external regulatory reporting. Utilizing transaction-level data from dispersed group companies, including those that run distinct accounting systems, the solution makes near-real-time, transactional reporting possible. This simplifies e-invoicing, e-VAT reporting, and periodic e-filing of financial statements to regulatory bodies.
With Mondial's cloud-based financial accounting center and RTC's compliance automation solutions, companies can simplify their global financial operations while maintaining compliance with constantly changing tax laws in various regions. This alliance enables companies to obtain full financial visibility throughout their entire enterprise while automating compliance functions and addressing the growing needs of regulatory bodies around the world.
RTC, which is Ireland-based, targets mainly customers from Europe, the Middle East, and Asia, whereas Mondial, which is United States-based, extends RTC's presence into the Americas. This strategic collaboration not only enhances the global reporting capabilities of RTC’s platform but also paves the way for the widespread adoption of electronic filing in markets across the globe.
Mark Richardson, Mondial CEO, said, "This effort will enable our customers to have a complete picture of their finances while addressing the increasing need for near-real-time reporting and regulatory requirements."
