ALX wins top honor for its contributions to tech education and innovation across the continent.
The 20th annual Titans of Tech awards honored ALX, a well-known tech career accelerator with centers in eight African nations, including Nigeria, the "Most Innovative EdTech Company of the Year." This recognition highlights ALX's dedication to promoting innovation and tech education in Africa.
The Country Marketing Manager for ALX Nigeria, Seun Babajide-Duroshola, highlighted ALX's objective to empower young Africans through high-quality tech programs while expressing satisfaction in the honor. According to Babajide-Duroshola, "This award reaffirms our commitment to continue providing impactful learning experiences and enhancing the growth of Africa's tech ecosystem."
The honor recognizes ALX's noteworthy contributions to the technology industry, which include a new collaboration with the Patoranking Foundation. This $500,000 partnership intends to give upcoming IT leaders the necessary tools to address challenges in Africa and beyond.
The Titans of Tech Awards (TOTA) 2024 Convener, Don Pedro Aganbi, commended ALX for its dedication in the field of tech education. Aganbi said, "ALX's constant outreach and dedication to deepening IT skills throughout the continent is outstanding."
The honor is due to ALX's continuous leadership in tech education, which has shown the value and creativity of its initiatives across Africa.
