A change-driven leader, Mr. Rob has a successful history of growing businesses and maximizing operational efficiency. Prior to ForceBrands, he was the CEO of Cella, a marketing and creative staffing agency, where he tripled the value of the company in three years, resulting in its acquisition by Randstad in 2021. Rob has also served in senior leadership roles at American Express and other mid-sized companies, developing experience in creating high-performing cultures and deepening client relationships.
Rob is dedicated to providing business excellence and driving growth at ForceBrands. Rob has a BS in Finance from Clemson University and an MBA from Columbia Business School. Rob lives in Denver with his three children.
