AI DevOps Engineers empower teams to enhance productivity through automation, transforming workflows and optimizing infrastructure efficiently.
DuploCloud has launched AI DevOps Engineers as a solution for companies to build their View Template-generation system using Agentic workflows. The AI DevOps Engineer will support AI-generated changes to DevOps, where current workloads do not provide enough support for infrastructure upkeep, compliance and aggressive release cycles, and these workloads will be supplemented by the AI DevOps Engineer, who will automate the resolution and optimization of infrastructure through three different methods of execution: Execution of a full DevOps function, Execution with safety and Execution without human intervention. The AI DevOps Engineer does not take the place of human labour but enhances the productivity of DevOps teams without increasing workforce.
This new service will give technical teams the ability to create and share artificial intelligence (AI) engineers specifically engineered for an organization’s own set of processes, tools, workflows and standards. “We are enabling teams to build AI engineers with the same level of autonomy and security as any other automation,” stated Venkat Thiruvengadam, Founder and CEO. “We’re creating AI engineers that help teams build products faster and more effectively. DevOps teams finally have an affordable way to scale their capabilities and simultaneously support product roadmaps by focusing on strategic efforts such as innovation.” As part of this launch, DuploCloud will also include an Agentic Help Desk to help (manufacture) and provide an integrated support system for DevOps engineers to help resolve problems, make decisions, support incident resolution and improve overall team performance.
In addition to its new AI engineers, DuploCloud also announced that its platform will connect directly to Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure and Google Cloud Platform to provide automated infrastructure provisioning, configuration management, compliance and security. Both new AI DevOps Engineers and Agentic Help Desk features are now available to all DuploCloud customers. The company has raised $49.5 Million across three rounds of fundraising, according to Tracxn data. Some of the investors in DuploCloud include WestBridge Capital Partners, StepStone Group, Mayfield Fund and Monta Vista Capital.
