Atturra Partners With TCG Process to Boost Automation and Document Management Capabilities

New partnership expands Atturra’s automation offerings and strengthens workflow solutions for Australian organisations.

Atturra has strengthened its document process management and workflow automation capabilities through a new strategic reseller and services partnership with TCG Process. The collaboration enables Atturra to deliver an expanded suite of automation and document handling solutions to enterprises across Australia, further solidifying its role in supporting organisations seeking to streamline operational workloads. As part of the partnership, Atturra will offer TCG Process’s flagship automation platform, OCTO. The platform assembles an extensive range of process automation tools designed to help organisations build, deploy, and manage streamlined workflows with increased speed and accuracy. OCTO can also be connected seamlessly with DocProStar, TCG Process's document processing solution, for unified orchestration of complex document-dependent operations.

Atturra will provide bespoke solutions leveraging the TCG Process technology, including the Email Triage Accelerator, which underpins automated email categorization and routing. The solution is designed to enable organizations to reduce manual workloads, improve response times, and lift customer service outcomes. According to Michael Statis, Atturra’s manager of sales and partnerships for business applications, organisations across Australia are continuing to look for speedier ways of modernising operations and reducing manual labour. He added that automation, cloud-based systems, and business transformation remain key priorities among clients looking to make efficiency gains in competitive markets.

TCG Process will support the deployment and long-term customer success of Atturra through sales training, certification programs, and technical resources.
