At SuiteWorld 2025, Oracle NetSuite unveiled its ambitious, AI-first vision, reimagining the future of enterprise software with NetSuite Next, a next-generation platform that integrates artificial intelligence (AI) natively across all business functions. As Senior Vice President of Enterprise and International Products at NetSuite, Craig Sullivan says the company’s mission is clear: to enable businesses to "act global but be local." NetSuite's expansion across the globe is now over 220 countries and territories and is enabling organizations to innovate while balancing local compliance and cultural relevance.

At the center of the vision is Ask Oracle, NetSuite's new AI assistant that is intended to provide real-time insights, automate decision-making, and boost user productivity through natural, conversational engagement. The unified data model of the platform is intended to keep AI-driven insights transparent, auditable, and completely customizable — enabling businesses to determine how much automation they use. In addition to end-user innovation, NetSuite is also revolutionizing its developer community.
