JetStream AI 5.3 transforms document workflows with intelligent automation, improved integration, and scalability.
JetStream AI 5.3, an effective AI document management platform created to replace ineffective, error-prone manual systems with quick, intelligent automation for the enterprise, was released today by interScan LLC, a leading provider of advanced document processing and document management solutions.
JetStream AI is a software platform from InterScan that automates the recognition, categorization, and extraction of data from unstructured documents using OCR, machine learning, and LLMs. The 5.3 release makes it easier to understand the context with new features like the JetStream Understanding module, a revamped JetStream Client, and a new API and meaning of documents at scale and to integrate with other systems, enabling businesses to operate more productively and successfully.
Dr. Olaf Holst, Vice President of Solutions and Integrations at interScan, expressed great enthusiasm about the latest Jetstream release, noting that it includes a wide array of exciting new features. He highlighted the most significant additions as the improved mixing of large language model-based capabilities referred to as document understanding technology in the introduction of a completely new REST API and a redesigned web client featuring hot folder monitoring.
In ways that traditional systems cannot, JetStream AI 5.3 is a major improvement that helps businesses automate, expand, and extract more value from their document data. JetStream AI 5.3 adapts to the needs of each business by utilizing state-of-the-art machine learning models to assess its own documents and gradually improve results. It ensures precision, dependability, and creativity by transforming antiquated manual procedures into effective, scalable operations.
Scott Robinson, President and CEO of US Imaging, emphasized the impact of Jetstream's binarization function, which enables the creation of compact, legible black-and-white TIFF documents, significantly reducing storage requirements for customers. He also praised the AI-driven features for cropping, splitting and merging pages into documents, noting that these capabilities minimize manual effort and allow the company to handle a greater volume of complex tasks.
