Oracle has unveiled the latest enhancements to Primavera Unifier, a pivotal element of the Oracle Smart Construction Platform
Primavera Unifier has long been a trusted tool for businesses seeking to digitize and automate their construction and facilities management tasks. Now, with the launch of the Unifier Accelerator, Oracle is taking this innovation a step further. The Accelerator includes 65 preconfigured business processes, allowing users to bypass lengthy and costly process design phases and custom reporting. For early adopters, this new configuration has significantly reduced implementation time by up to 75%.
The Unifier Accelerator doesn’t stop there. It comes equipped with 250 out-of-the-box reports and dashboards that enhance an organization’s ability to manage key aspects such as cash flow, forecasts, contracts, and project administration. This includes essential functions like daily reports, RFIs (Requests for Information), and scope changes.
The Unifier Accelerator extends its capabilities to include process-specific enhancements like NEC4 contract management with preconfigured templates and reports. It also supports Earned Value Management, Progress Measurement, Advanced Work Packaging, and Facilities Management. These improvements are integrated into the newly updated Primavera Unifier mobile app, which now features location-based services for on-site inspections. Users can easily tag inspections and manage issues based on geography, further enhancing the app’s utility.
By integrating these new features into a connected architecture, Primavera Unifier and the Unifier Accelerator are setting a new standard for managing cost, contract, change, schedule milestones, workflow, and document processes in a single, unified solution. This evolution marks a significant leap forward in the quest for greater efficiency and reliability in the construction and facilities management sectors.
