CEO and Chairman | Li Jinbo

Li Jinbo is the Chairman and CEO of Xunlei Group (NASDAQ: XNET). With over two decades of experience in China’s internet and technology sectors, Mr. Jinbo played a key role as a founding member of Xunlei, leading the company’s core research and development team from 2004 to 2009. After leaving Xunlei in early 2010, Li held CEO positions at two internet startups between 2010 and 2014. In 2014, he founded Itui International, focusing on social networking mobile applications where he also served as CEO. He returned to Xunlei in April 2020 to resume his leadership as Chairman and CEO. Li holds a bachelor’s degree from Shandong University (1998) and a master’s degree from Peking University (2001).
