Matt Beath is the Co -Founder and Chairman of RMI, Singapore. He is responsible for the firm's international operations, client project delivery, and the development of its global service capabilities. With more than 20 years of executive recruitment experience, he has conducted searches and strategic resourcing projects in Asia, India, the Middle East, Africa, and Australia/New Zealand. Prior to founding RMI, Matt was Talent2's Asia CEO, where he spearheaded the growth of the company's recruitment business in Asia. He also built and grew businesses in Singapore, Malaysia, and Japan. Earlier in his career, he spent eight years at a U.S.-based executive search firm in Sydney and Singapore. Matt started his career in corporate finance and audit with an Australian accounting firm. He has a Bachelor of Commerce and membership in the Institute of Chartered Accountants Australia.
