The platform supports over 20 battery chemistries and integrates over 35 metrology tools, including XRD, XRF, BET, PSD, TGA, KF, FTIR, and SEM, delivering detailed physics-based insights into battery performance and quality.
The Peaxy Innovate platform helps battery manufacturers accelerate R&D cycles through simulation of new battery chemistries and cell structures before physical testing, reducing development time and risk. The Peaxy Build platform helps manufacturers deliver high-performance batteries through analytics in manufacturing, including yield, quality control, and early detection of defects. The Peaxy Operate platform helps utilities and operators monitor battery health, state of health, and predictive maintenance capabilities. The Peaxy Predict platform uses digital twin technology and machine learning algorithms to forecast battery failures, maximize battery performance, and increase uptime, safety, and value of battery deployments, ranging from gigafactory production to fleet-level energy storage deployments.
Defence & Mission- Critical System
Peaxy's Lifecycle Intelligence for Defense Readiness provides predictive maintenance and operational optimization for fleets operating under dynamic readiness conditions. The solution ensures the readiness of mission-critical systems, including batteries, inverters, propulsion systems, gearboxes, gas turbines, power conversion systems, and air scrubbing systems, through the use of digital twin simulations and machine learning techniques. The solution analyzes the systems' operating history, identifying anomalies and making proactive, cost-effective maintenance recommendations for various mission readiness conditions.
Additionally, the solution allows for condition-based maintenance through the use of the CBM Recommendation Engine, which makes optimal maintenance schedules and inventory management strategies that meet the near-term operational requirements. Peaxy's digital twin solution uses a combination of physics-based, empirical, and semi-empirical models to ensure accurate predictions, while the Machine Learning Manager identifies correlations between operating profiles, manufacturing attributes, and performance trends.
Peaxy's Lifecycle Intelligence solution is designed for on-vessel use, providing mission readiness even without internet connectivity. The solution predicts the requirements of the vessels' equipment before failure, thereby increasing the operational lifespan of the vessels' assets, including ships, planes, autonomous vehicles, and submarines, for defense readiness.
Infrastructure & Facilities
Peaxy’s EcoGrid Microgrid Optimization solution is a comprehensive edge-to-cloud solution for commercial energy monitoring and management. This solution is intended to give enterprises the high-resolution visibility they need to measure energy production, consumption, and sharing among disparate locations. EcoGrid monitors all the subsystems and tenant usage to quickly identify inefficiencies and areas of energy waste. This allows businesses to optimize their utility costs and maximize their energy efficiency.
EcoGrid can also be used to achieve sustainability goals by measuring CO2 equivalent savings and tracking incentive revenue earned on energy shared among locations via Renewable Energy Certificates (REC). EcoGrid automates all the energy management functions to help businesses save money on their utilities while meeting all the necessary sustainability objectives. By constantly performing ex ante and ex post monitoring, EcoGrid provides ESCOs with reliable information to verify the achievement of energy savings and proper incentive utilization.
Peaxy’s EcoGrid solution provides a turn-key solution to the guessing game of energy consumption and conservation. This solution allows businesses to make smarter decisions, maximize efficiency, and have a positive impact on the environment. EcoGrid provides a complete solution to the modern problem of microgrid optimization.
