“Liderarte is a factory of consciousness that merges leadership, purpose, beauty, and experiential learning to guide people and organizations through real, human, and sustainable development processes.”
Traditional leadership and training models are inadequate in a society that is named by constant change, burnout, disengagement, and isolation. Liderarte Talent Management is a leadership and talent development organization founded in 2012 by former banking executive Ignacio Bonasa. With headquarters in Madrid and clients across Europe, Liderarte delivers innovative, art-based experiences that help companies, leaders, teams, professionals, executives, and individuals seeking personal transformation from within.
Liderarte Talent Management speaks to professionals of all ages who are ready to challenge conventional leadership models and embrace a more conscious, creative, and connected way of being. Liderarte believes that genuine development doesn’t depend on age but on courage. Liderarte’s unique approach blends music, storytelling, painting, theater, and coaching to spark emotional learning and deep personal growth. They challenge participants to reflect, reconnect, and lead with authenticity.
We at Business Honor spoke with Ignacio Bonasa, the founder of Liderarte, to explore how this pioneering company is redefining leadership through art, emotion, and purpose.
Interview Highlights
What inspired the creation of Liderarte, and what was the vision that led you to combine talent development with methodologies based on art?
Liderarte was born out of a profound personal transformation. After years in senior banking leadership, I felt something essential had been lost: the soul. Metrics worked, but emotion was missing. That was when I decided to take a radical turn and create a space where talent wasn’t managed — it was awakened. A space where art wasn’t a decorative element but a pedagogical, emotional, and transformational tool. That’s what Liderarte is: a factory of consciousness that merges leadership, purpose, beauty, and experiential learning to guide people and organizations through real, human, and sustainable development processes.
Could you give us an overview of your main services and what sets Liderarte apart from other talent development centers?
Our programs combine music, theater, painting, storytelling, philosophy, and coaching tools to generate a kind of learning that isn’t just understood — it’s emotionally integrated. We don’t teach skills — we awaken awareness. Our services include corporate courses, transformative experiences, soulful leadership programs, inspirational conferences, and tools for organizational well-being. We also work with a proprietary methodology called Learning through Art®, based on the 4A model:
The Learning through Art® model emphasizes anticipation, outcomes, transformation, enthusiasm, and the combination of capacity, commitment, and context. How has this approach contributed to individual and organizational growth?
Our model is built on two fundamental principles: talent is not about potential but about connection, and real learning doesn’t just happen in the mind — it also happens in the body and soul. When we activate art as a language, we open emotional channels that help integrate knowledge, shift attitudes, and drive sustainable action. The C x C x C formula (Capacity x Commitment x Context) helps organizations understand that talent grows when the environment vibrates with coherence. And that’s what we achieve: more human, creative, and conscious organizations.
Many of your programs integrate emotional intelligence, creativity, and experiential learning. How does Liderarte ensure these experiences lead to lasting behavioral changes and measurable performance improvements?
We succeed because we don’t sell workshops — we facilitate processes. Our methodology is rooted in the 4A model, which ensures a complete cycle. Everything we do is designed to leave an emotional imprint and generate sustainable habits. Our programs include daily rituals, post-program follow-up, emotional self-management tools, trust circles, and emotional climate assessments. We use both proprietary metrics (like the Organizational Resonance Index) and traditional KPIs — but above all, we trust in testimonies and visible changes: leaders who listen better, teams that cooperate more, and individuals who feel seen.
Leading With Soul through Art
Instead of convincing clients with numbers and charts, Liderarte moves people with emotion. For Liderarte, art is not a luxury; it’s essential. It communicates through feelings, which are the key to innovation, engagement, and authentic leadership. While they deliver results, what truly sets them apart is the emotional imprint they leave—something no participant forgets.
From the beginning, Liderarte has worked with leaders as catalysts for cultural change. Their programs offer far more than personal insight; they equip leaders with tools to guide their teams through transformation. These include visual materials, mentoring, facilitation guides, and replicable team dynamics. But most of all, they awaken something deeper in leaders. Once a leader is truly transformed, their presence alone begins to reshape their organization. Liderarte’s goal is not to train better managers but to inspire soulful leaders.
Ignacio Bonasa, founder of Liderarte, believes that the most important leadership quality is conscious vulnerability. This means leading with honesty, accepting limitations, and sharing one’s own struggles. At Liderarte, this philosophy has created a team that is diverse, committed, and creatively driven. Each team member brings their own version of Liderarte to life, embodying the principle that leadership is not about control—it’s about connection.
This vision of “soulful leadership” is not a method; it is a way of being. It’s grounded in self-awareness, strengthened by vulnerability, and expressed through compassion, presence, and purpose. Rather than seeking control or blind obedience, this form of leadership builds trust and shared meaning. This approach also underpins the European Association of Soulful Organizations, which Bonasa now leads. He believes there can be no soulful organizations unless the people at the top lead from a place of authenticity and purpose. In an era overwhelmed by technical discourse and emotionless strategy, Liderarte positions the soul as a powerful competitive advantage—because only where soul is present can meaningful, lasting impact occur.
Looking to the future, Liderarte aims to become a global ecosystem that blends art, emotion, science, purpose, and technology to support human development. They are already advancing several groundbreaking initiatives that promise to redefine leadership and organizational growth:
Corporate NeuroArt: Immersive art-based brain stimulation programs for leaders, using enhanced sensory reality and activating prefrontal zones related to creativity, empathy, and compassionate decision-making.
PersonIA: Proposed to train artificial intelligence with soul, creating ethical emotional support algorithms and technological tools to help humanize corporate environments.
Brain Gym: Experiential spaces (both physical and digital) to train imagination, intuition, improvisation, and symbolic conflict resolution as core leadership skills for the future.
Systemic ArteCoaching: An intervention methodology combining executive coaching, organizational constellations, and performing arts to transform teams from the collective unconscious.
The Club of Dreamers (Club de Locos): An international community of disruptive leaders and purpose-driven visionaries who want to change the world and refuse to conform. A space to co-create, to challenge norms with meaning, and to activate cultural revolutions.
Creative Corporate Theater League: An international competition where companies write and perform plays about their values, challenges, and visions. Learning through creation — inspiring from the inside.
Sensitive Futures Lab: An artistic research space to imagine the business of 2050, prototyping living models that integrate beauty, social impact, ethical technology, and emotional sustainability.
RESETÉATE Universe: Beyond the program, a global community, an app, an emotional radio, a network of ambassadors, a licensed methodology, and even a documentary series about people who dared to reset their lives.
Vitamin Organizations: Their ultimate proposal for companies that don’t just want to retain talent — they want to nourish it. The organization co-designs living structures, beautiful environments, cultural rituals, and authentic spaces for growth.
