“We are a human-centered proptech company that creates positive transformation wherever space, people and work meet.”
Enlighted, a company owned by Siemens, is a human-centered proptech innovator that turns ordinary spaces into extraordinary places. It combines the dynamic energy of a start-up with the resources of a global powerhouse to redefine how spaces, people, and work intersect. Their commitment to curiosity, passion, and resilience drives intelligent and sustainable building solutions. Continuous learning, excellence, and the power to create long-lasting impact: that's what makes Enlighted be at the helm of shaping the future of workspaces with its innovative solutions that meet evolving business and community needs worldwide.
Smart Solutions for Space Intelligence
Lighting Solution
Enlighted's intelligent lighting solution brings together energy efficiency, edge technology, and a revolutionary offering of intelligent lighting as transformed space management. Their product utilizes patented smart sensors fitted within LED lights seamlessly interfacing IoT data. Thereby reducing the overhead expenditure on energy while efficiently fine-tuning the working behavior of a building.
Occupancy, temperature, or activity in open spaces blanketed by these smart sensors can be utilized as beneficial business insights. The software-configured lighting system allows businesses to create custom lighting schemas for different zones, which is very flexible and adaptable. Occupancy-controlled lighting also leads to up to 90% reduction in energy as lights are automatically adjusted on the basis of room usage.
Enighted will support its solution from an easy-to-configure/re-configure wireless grid network designed around lighting systems. From action item insights into energy consumption to trend analysis of occupancy trends or patterns in temperature, its dashboards empower organizations in informed decision-making. Designed in a comprehensive lighting manner with the goal of generating cost savings through efficiency increases of operational performance, energy and resource efficiency, but all while offering a future and sustainable intelligent solution which aids businesses in optimizing its business environment.
IoT Infrastructure
Enlighted's IoT structure serves as a foundation for an intelligent building system intended to improve efficiency, scalability, and resiliency. The system works through patented sensors, fault-tolerant wireless mesh network and a cloud computing platform by delivering occupancy information in real time, spatial analysis, and deep understanding of activity through buildings. A robust structure created with an idea for future-proofing integrates businesses easily using open APIs for businesses looking to scale efficiently and for aggregation of IoT data from diverse places for detailed reporting.
It contains various types of sensors, such as micro sensors, high bay sensors, ruggedized sensors, and surface sensors, which monitor and collect a wide range of building data, from occupancy and temperature to movement and activity. The wireless mesh network is designed to ensure reliable communication and withstand localized disruptions without affecting the overall system performance.
Business owners receive actionable analytics from millions of sensors through Enlighted's IoT infrastructure and time-series data, providing valuable insights to help with better decision-making and operational efficiency. The system can be scaled, is reliable, and offers in-depth data analysis for businesses looking to optimize space utilization, reduce costs, and create smarter, more sustainable buildings.
Data Services
Enlighted data services help businesses optimize space, assets, and resources while also ensuring safe and efficient environments that get occupied. Through IoT collected data coming from a network of smart sensors, companies are able to gain deep visibility into how their spaces are being utilized, making informed decisions that would maximize output, improve operational efficiency, and reduce costs.
The system aggregates time-series data trends from different sources, including lighting control sensors, room and desk occupancy sensors, people-counting devices, and third-party sensors, enabling organizations to track movement, energy consumption, and occupancy patterns. Advanced algorithms correlate this data to provide multi-layer insights, including real-time location services (RTLS) for asset tracking. This helps companies monitor asset movement, ensure better space planning, and streamline their operations.
Its ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance) reporting support is included also because the Data Services extraction from their lighting solution give insights about energy savings business for effectively monitoring and reporting in areas of sustainability. Data on environmental impact as well as the operation data can, together with the services provided, build better decisions and optimize allocations with resource availability while establishing the right comfortable space for users of every place.
Location Intelligence
Enlighted's location intelligence solution has embedded software-defined lighting and provides real-time location systems RTLS- the solution tracks assets in person-in an instantaneous manner across buildings or entire campuses. This allows assets and personnel to be relied upon in real-time from asset tags, wearables, and badges that, in turn, allows these to then identify space utilization optimization, flow streams, and employee safety-observed moves and alerts sent. In addition, the system supports energy efficiency through asset and people movement analysis that enhances operational outcomes. Enlighted's Location Intelligence solution thus enhances productivity and operational decision-making with API integrations and its lighting-based infrastructure.
