Prior to joining Four Winds, Don held senior leadership roles in Fortune 500 companies Crane Corporation and Hubbell Corporation where he led multinational sales teams in professional services, engineered products, and communications. He is experienced in revenue growth using his “Strategic Deployment Process,” ensuring the strategy, structure, and resources align.
