“We unlock profitable retail ecommerce growth for brands through intelligent automation.”
CommerceIQ is the platform that unlocks profitable retail eCommerce growth for brands through intelligent automation. The company is operating in a rapidly changing retail environment where inventory planning decisions, pricing, promotions, and search rankings are being made by algorithms rather than being directed by traditional vendors or category managers. In this ever-changing scene, most consumer brand businesses still function with disconnected activities and system-based operations, which results in lost relevance in the market. CommerceIQ presents a unified platform targeting the optimization of omnichannel operations across 800+ retailers in over 40 countries. Expert service coupled with automation is designed to help brands adapt to real-time market changes and make data-driven decisions.
Industries Served by CommerceIQ
Consumer Packaged Goods
CommerceIQ assists the CPG business in new challenges and faster decision making through AI technology and automation. Commerce IQ can be considered an enabler of updating on-line retail roadmaps, where the key eCommerce obstacles can be addressed, and growth will be driven. Electronics brands benefit significantly from CommerceIQ: it allows them to neutralize revenue leakage and channel conflicts caused by unauthorized third-party (3P) sellers. The platform also enables brands to optimize their advertising spend by monitoring consumer shopping behavior trends, thereby ensuring effective marketing budget usage. CommerceIQ also assists in identifying and resolving common issues within retail media, empowering brands to win at the moment of purchase.
Consumer electronics
Consumer electronics brands can maximize reach and effectively engage tech-savvy customers by leveraging the power of eCommerce platforms that have transformed the way a product is promoted and directly distributed to consumers. However, the real-time challenges of e-Commerce demand immediate and data-driven responses. To address these issues, brands can neutralize revenue leakage and resolve channel conflicts caused by unauthorized third-party (3P) sellers. Such near-term changes in consumer shopping behavior trends prevent brands from wasting advertising spend and help them optimize their marketing strategy. Moreover, this also gives brands the much-needed opportunity to capitalize on the moment of purchase and improve their overall sales performance by identifying and resolving common retail media issues.
Furniture and Home Goods
As more and more traditional retailers accept technology and incorporate it into their showrooms, focusing on an online platform, the furniture and home goods sector is growing steadily. In this scenario, businesses will have to improve their fulfillment strategies and be prepared to offer a dynamic assortment of products that will quickly adapt to changing consumer demands. Retailers in this space need to optimize their operations so that they can easily scale their offerings while at the same time keeping the customer satisfaction very high. With innovative solutions, companies can streamline the processes and respond more effectively to the ever-changing needs of the market, setting them for continued success.
Grocery and Gourmet
Online grocery and gourmet food sales are likely to grow further, with more grocery chains moving onto the e-commerce platform and embracing technology. As e-commerce has become an integral part of grocery shopping for consumers, businesses need to evolve by optimizing quick fulfillment strategies and competitive product assortments. It is about leveraging advanced machine learning algorithms, AI, and retail-aware capabilities that drive incremental sales for grocery and gourmet food brands while making their online presence ever more effective. When using effective ad campaigns to break through digital clutter, leveraging consumer search data gives brands an increasingly better view of purchase intent, thereby allowing for targeted marketing and performance improvement.
