VERITAS Audit Methodology
VERITAS Professional Services uses a thorough audit procedure that meets the terms of contracts and international accounting standards while fulfilling the goals of each project. Their customer-centered, advanced method ensures that audits match the unique needs and goals of each project for a meaningful and successful procedure.
VERITAS analyzes the whole business, compared to many standard audits that only focus on financial records. They analyze controls and find risks, even those that might not be easily seen in financial reports, with their Business Measurements Process. This helps in discovering the root causes for mistakes or unexpected financial results. By focusing on its most important business risks, VERITAS can offer simple, achievable guidance to improve controls and procedures, support ongoing improvements, and execute an audit that is inexpensive without sacrificing standards.
DraftWorxs, an advanced audit and project management tool, is used significantly in VERITAS' audit process. DraftWorxs combines efficient procedures and tools for documentation with VERITAS' audit approach. Significant responsibilities like developing audit plans, establishing financial and management systems, collection, and testing digital accounting systems are all handled by it. Customers of all types, industries, and levels of risk will profit from this technology's capacity to carry out a regular, excellent audit.
Professionals in tax, risk management, accounting, and auditing form VERITAS's audit team. They are more capable of understanding the different business processes, laws, controls, and reporting challenges of each customer due to this blend of abilities. With this knowledge, VERITAS has the ability to provide audits that's not only complete but also perceptive and individualized to each customer. In addition, DraftWorxs provides real-time tracking of projects, allowing audit teams to keep track of advances, respond quickly to challenges, and raise issues as needed. As a result, the audit runs more efficiently and successfully, taking less time from executives from clients and focusing on the most important controls and risks.
VERITAS puts a significant value on privacy and security. Only the audit team is granted access to all legally protected audit data. Without the client's permission and in line with local laws, files are never sent across international borders. Additionally, VERITAS' Global Green project, that supports environmentally responsible company behavior, is helped by this secure, digital method. As a result, audits that follow international standards and support customers in strengthening their business's systems and processes are dependable, successful, and valuable.
Adapting to Client Needs and Improving the Growth of the Business Landscape
VERITAS Professional Services is dedicated to stay ahead of trends by quickly adapting to the changing needs while supporting its customers and using innovative techniques across all levels. Needs of customers continue to shift as there is a growing demand for complete services, reliability, and speed. In order to meet these needs, VERITAS meets and discusses with clients often, to gain knowledge about their goals, challenges, and opinions. This allows the business to modify its services to meet both short-term and long-term goals. Advanced technology is one of the main ways VERITAS responds to changing consumer demands.
The company simplifies the auditing process, reduces mistakes, and improves the speed and accuracy of reporting by using tools for automation and practice management software. Regular tasks can be automated so they free up more time for VERITAS experts to focus on particular elements of each customer's business, present relevant questions, and offer helpful advice. This highly technological method increases efficiency and simplifies the audit procedure for customers, reducing interruption with the way they work.
VERITAS has broadened their services outside standard audit and tax work in addition to using technology. With four main goals, VERITAS has an established five-year plan for the future. First, the business will continue to spend money on technology to improve the standard, speed, and accuracy of its services. So the business hires experienced employees with a range of skills and keeps them aware of advances in the industry and new technologies through ongoing instruction. The focus on talent ensures that the firm will generate outstanding innovative solutions. Lastly, with a customer-focused plan, VERITAS aims to improve its client relationships.
