Complete House Renovation

Besa Construction provides comprehensive renovation services to improve and update properties from the structural foundation through to final finishes. As part of these renovation projects, clients can expect a combination of internal and external improvements, layout changes, and upgrades based on the condition of the property and levels of renovation requested by the homeowner. In completing a full renovation, Besa Construction's goal is to provide the homeowner with an updated, more functional place to live while trying to maintain the original characteristics of the property that are important to the homeowner.

The first step of the renovation process is to evaluate the existing building and identify the necessary renovations that must occur. Examples of this could include removal or modification of interior walls, upgrading of essential services (HVAC, electrical, plumbing) or reconfiguration of room layouts. The renovation process is organized into phases so that each phase is able to connect as smoothly as possible to the next phase. All finishing work required to complete a full renovation will also be managed by Besa Construction. Finishing work includes, but is not limited to, surface materials, fittings and final details. These items complete the transformation of a property and tie all parts of a build together.

Loft Renovation

Loft renovations transform unused roofs into living spaces. They provide better use of a home by adding living spaces that will serve various purposes (bedroom, office, etc.), while maintaining the long-term usability of the structures. The process to renovate a loft typically begins with an inspection to evaluate the site (the condition of the walls and roof; height; access). The goal of the renovation should include a design that is appropriate for the site and maximizes the space available.

After a layout has been created, the loft will be built-up using the existing structure of the home yet properly utilizing the available space. They also make sure that when they finish their new extension it will look like part of their existing home.

When they construct their extension, they will prepare the ground for an extension to the existing building, build the structure for the new extension, and integrate the new extension with the existing home. The walls of their new extension, roof of their new extension, and the way they create the internal layout of their new extension will be built in such a way that they will transition smoothly between the old and new spaces.
